Copyright at Curtin
Curtin University is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Australia Copyright Act 1968. This Act imposes obligations on every Curtin student and member of staff. Staff and students who flagrantly disregard University policy and copyright requirements will be liable to disciplinary action under their contract of employment or the Student Disciplinary Statute as appropriate.
This website has been developed by the Legal and Compliance Office and the University Library to assist Curtin students and staff to understand their obligations and entitlements with regard to copyright.
